Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within the conditions below.

Return Window

Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund:

Product(s) must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition
Product(s) must be in their original packaging
Original packaging must not be damaged, marked, or opened beyond reasonable inspection

Items returned outside these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
We cover the return shipping cost
A full refund or replacement will be provided after we inspect the returned item

Non-Defective Returns

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product

Exchanges

We're happy to arrange exchanges within the same 14-day window. Contact us with your order number and the product you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail to our address. We do not currently accept in-store returns or drop-offs. Contact us before shipping a return so we can confirm the return address and prepare your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions:

Refunds are processed within 14 days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Bank or payment processor timing may add additional days before the refund appears in your account
